Cold Brew Grapefruit and Thyme Spritz
What you need
How to prepare
- Divide coffee and simple syrup between 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with grapefruit soda water. Garnish with grapefruit wheels.
To make Thyme Simple Syrup, combine 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water (125 mL) in small saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook for about 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in 3 fresh thyme sprigs.
Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain and let cool completely.
Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Add vodka to spritz if desired.
