A simple homemade caramel is the base for this tasty iced latte that can be served in the afternoon or as an after-dinner treat.

What you need
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups almond milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
How to prepare
- Melt butter in a small skillet set over medium heat; stir in brown sugar. Bring to boil, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to thicken and caramelize.
- Remove from heat; stir in almond milk, almond extract and vanilla extract. Let cool completely.
- Combine brewed Starbucks® Espresso Roast (Dark Roast), almond milk mixture and caramel. Divide between 2 ice filled glasses.
- Sit back and enjoy.
