Pumped Up Butter Coffee
(Makes 2 Servings)
This rich, keto-friendly coffee is mixed in a blender with butter and MCT oil until emulsified.
2 cups (500 mL) hot freshly brewed Starbucks® Pike Place
1/4 cup (60 mL) unsalted butter, at room temperature (preferably grass-fed)
2 tbsp (30 mL) MCT oil
Brew coffee using preferred brewing method.
In blender, mix coffee, butter and MCT oil until smooth, frothy and thickened.
Divide between 2 mugs.
