Maple Sage Latte

(Makes 1 Drink)


We build on the dark roast of our Caffè Verona® with notes of maple syrup, cinnamon and fresh sage, then finish it with a beautiful maple sugar topping for a can’t-miss autumn latte.



  • 3 tbsp. Starbucks® Caffè Verona®

  • 6 leaves fresh sage, chopped

  • 3 oz. skim milk

  • 1 tbsp. dark maple syrup

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Maple sugar (optional)

  1. Combine coffee and sage; brew 8 oz. of coffee.

  2. Meanwhile, steam milk until very warm and frothy. Pour coffee into tall mug. Stir in maple syrup.

  3. Pour steamed milk into coffee; spoon froth over top. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Sprinkle with maple sugar (if using).

Tip: No need for a fancy steamer to make amazing foam: Pour milk into 1-cup (8 oz.) Mason jar and tightly secure the lid. Shake as hard as you can for 30 to 60 seconds or until milk has doubled in volume. Remove lid and microwave for 30 seconds or until steaming.
