Irish Iced Coffee
(Makes 2 Drinks)
If you secretly wish you could find more occasions to indulge in a classic Irish coffee, you’re in luck! We’ve reimagined the traditional drink with this recipe that turns the winter holiday staple into one cool, spiked dessert cocktail.
16 oz. brewed Starbucks® Breakfast Blend®
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
2 oz. Irish whiskey
2/3 cup lightly sweetened whipped cream
2 fresh springs rosemary
Stir hot coffee with sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
Divide ice between two footed Irish coffee mugs or tumblers. Pour 1 oz. whiskey into each glass; pour in coffee.
Spoon whipped cream over top. Garnish each mug with rosemary sprig.
Serve and enjoy!
Tip: Substitute honey, maple syrup or butterscotch sauce for sugar to add a subtle caramel-like flavour.
