Iced Latte
(makes 1 drink)

The latte is one of the most iconic espresso drinks, favoured for its frothy foam topping. In this refreshing iced version, you can easily create foam with cold milk – no steamer needed.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice

  • 4 oz espresso (try Starbucks® Espresso Roast)

  • ¾ cup whole milk

  • Sweetener of choice, such as vanilla or classic syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, and pour in the freshly brewed espresso.

  2. Pour the milk and optional sweetener into a mason jar until it’s ¾ full.

  3. Seal the jar tightly, and shake, shake, shake.

  4. Pour the milk and foam into the glass with the ice and espresso.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
