Iced Coffee Grapefruit Palmer
(Makes 2 Drinks)
A pleasant blend of grapefruit juice and chilled coffee, this icy Palmer with a twist is balanced with just the right tang.
2 cups (500 mL) strong brewed Starbucks® Premium Select Collection- Costa Rica Roast, chilled
2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
1/2 cup (125 mL) pink grapefruit juice
Stir together coffee and maple syrup.
Divide between 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
Top up with grapefruit juice.
• Use freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and garnish each serving with a grapefruit wheel if desired.
• Substitute simple syrup for maple syrup if desired.
