Cold Brew Ginger Mule
(Makes 2 Drinks)
This coffee take on a Moscow mule is a rich and soulful cocktail with just enough sweetness.
1 cup (250 mL) prepared Starbucks® Cold Brew made with Starbucks® Cold Brew Pitcher Packs
3 oz (90 mL) vodka
1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) ginger beer
2 sprigs fresh mint
1. Divide coffee, vodka and lime juice between 2 copper mule mugs filled with ice cubes.
2. Top up with ginger beer.
3. Garnish each serving with mint.
Tip: If desired, garnish with thinly sliced coins of fresh ginger as well.
