Cold Brew Banana Oat Smoothie
(Makes 2 Drinks)
To mix up your morning smoothie, explore the bulk bins at your local market. Discover new varieties of granola available to try in small quantities!
8 oz. prepared Starbucks® cold brew
1/2 cup granola
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1/4 cup toasted almonds
3 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
1/4 cup almond butter
4 oz. almond milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2 tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 cup ice
Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Cacao nibs, for garnish
Place granola, chia seeds (if using), and toasted almonds in blender, and blend on high until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Pour into pint glasses and serve cold.
Garnish with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
Serve and enjoy!
