Cold Brew & coconut chia pudding
(Makes 2 Drinks)
Infused with coconut, this energizing coffee and chia pudding makes a great grab-and-go breakfast or snack.
3/4 cup (175 mL) prepared Starbucks® Cold Brew made with Starbucks® Cold Brew Pitcher Packs
1/4 cup (60 mL) coconut milk
1/4 cup (60 mL) chia seeds
2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
2 tsp (10 mL) coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup (60 mL) coconut flakes, toasted
1. Stir together coffee, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and coconut oil.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. Spoon into serving dishes. Top with toasted coconut.
Tip: Instead of maple syrup, substitute honey or agave to taste.
