(Makes 2 Drinks)
This espresso spritz is accented with orange juice and Aperol. Serve as a light and lively aperitif before brunch, lunch or dinner.
1/2 cup (125 mL) strong brewed Starbucks Espresso Roast, chilled
1/4 cup (60 mL) freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz (60 mL) Aperol
1/2 cup (125 mL) seltzer water
2 orange twists
1. Divide coffee between 2 rocks glasses filled with ice cubes.
2. Divide orange juice and Aperol between glasses.
3. Top up with seltzer water. Garnish each serving with orange twist.
Tip: Sweeten with simple syrup or agave syrup if desired.
